RN Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg

This is a staff RN opportunity on a 45-bed cardiac telemetry unit inside a 523-bed acute care center in Gainesville, Florida. The clinical environment is substantive — the facility carries ACC Chest Pain Center accreditation and Comprehensive Stroke Center certification. Patient ratios run 5:1 on days and hold at 6:1 on nights. One permanent opening. Both shift options are available, each with rotating weekends.

Sign On Bonus: $10,000. Relocation assistance is available and considered on a case-by-case basis. Candidates must hold a current Florida RN license or an approved multistate compact license. Compact license holders have 60 days post-relocation to obtain the Florida license. A minimum of one year of RN experience is required — any setting is considered, including LTAC and home health. BLS must be obtained within 30 days of hire; ACLS within 90 days.
