The Opportunity
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced transplant professional ready to step into the operational core of a life-saving organization. As a Transplant Coordinator Manager, you will lead a team of coordinators across a multi-state organ procurement operation — owning daily oversight, staff mentorship, performance evaluation, and compliance across CMS, UNOS, AOPO, AATB, and FDA standards. You will serve as backup to the Director of Recovery Services, participate in procurement protocol committees, and drive quality improvement initiatives at an organizational level. The scope of this role is substantial, and so is the career trajectory it supports.
This is a full-time, permanent placement with one opening currently available in the greater Norcross, Georgia area. The schedule is built around call coverage and case duration — flexible by nature, with 24/7 on-call availability required via cell phone. It demands adaptability and clinical maturity, and it rewards both. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
You will be joining a mission-first organization with more than four decades of history, a team of over 700 professionals, and a culture shaped by purpose rather than policy. Leadership here is engaged, the work is collaborative, and what you do every day carries real consequence. Compensation is competitive based on experience. Sign On Bonus: $5,000.
Candidates must hold a BSN, RN, PA, or equivalent credential. A minimum of four years of experience as a procurement coordinator — or an equivalent background in critical care nursing or a comparable clinical role — is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively across clinical and operational teams. A valid state driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies ranging from 1 to 50 pounds.
If this is the direction you want to take your career, apply now or reach out to schedule a confidential conversation. We will walk you through the full details and next steps.

The Package
Why Norcross?
Norcross sits in the heart of Gwinnett County, roughly 20 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. It holds its own as a suburban city — the historic downtown district has genuine character, with local restaurants, weekend events, and a walkable town center that feels rooted rather than assembled. The broader area puts you within easy reach of Atlanta's full range of offerings: world-class dining, professional sports, major concert venues, and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, one of the busiest in the country and a practical asset for anyone who travels.
For families, Gwinnett County consistently ranks among Georgia's strongest school districts, and the surrounding communities offer housing at price points well below what comparable space commands in most major metro markets. Outdoor recreation is close at hand — Lake Lanier is about 30 minutes north, and the Blue Ridge Mountains make for an easy day trip when you want real elevation. The climate is mild across most of the year, with four distinct seasons and winters that rarely overstay their welcome. Summers run warm and humid, but the area's parks, trails, and waterfront access give you good options for staying active. It is the kind of market where a healthcare professional can build a stable, comfortable life without giving up proximity to a major city.
