The CFO owns all financial operations: accounting, treasury, budgeting, cost reporting, reimbursement strategy, billing and collections, contracting, tax, investment management, and working capital reserves. You will serve as the primary financial resource for the Board of Governors, Audit Committee, and Pension Committee, and co-chair the corporate compliance program. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence over long-term organizational strategy.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting — a Master's degree and CPA designation are strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of senior-level accounting and management experience is required, including direct management of professional accounting staff. Healthcare industry experience is preferred. Working knowledge of Medicare reimbursement, federal tax rules, financial statement analysis, and treasury management is expected. Candidates must be capable of presenting to and interacting with board-level stakeholders.
