What They Need:
Educational Foundation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required for this leadership role.
Proven Leadership: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Manager, Supervisor, or Clinical Team Lead specifically within an acute care Behavioral Health Unit.
Life Support Certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
Crisis Management: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
Operational Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage daily department operations, staff scheduling, and clinical compliance efficiently.
