We’re looking for an RN Nurse Manager for Med/Surg to join an exceptional healthcare team in beautiful Atlantis, FL! In this Full-time, Day Shift position, you’ll coordinate nursing services and be accountable for ensuring high-quality care. You'll lead and supervise a team of talented nurses, fostering a positive environment that supports learning and development. Plus, enjoy a great work-life balance with no weekends required!
Key Highlights:
--Shift: Full-time, Days (No Weekends)
--Responsibilities: Oversee 32-36 beds, lead a team, manage staffing and
scheduling, and ensure high-quality patient care.
--Required Experience: At least 2 years of Charge Nurse, CNC, or Nurse
Manager experience in an acute care setting.
--Required Certifications: Current Florida RN license, BLS & ACLS certifications (or must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
--Location: Atlantis, FL – Enjoy a location near the beach, dining, and shopping!
