As a Nurse Manager, you’ll oversee patient care, elevate staff performance, and ensure top-notch outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Shift: Full-time, Evening Shift

Key Responsibilities:

--Lead and support a talented team in a 32-36 bed Medical Telemetry unit.

--Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal patient care and efficiency.

--Enhance patient outcomes through continuous process improvements and

staff education.

--Be a role model for excellence in quality care, customer satisfaction, and

professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

--Current Florida RN License (or Compact Licensure)

--BLS & ACLS certifications (to be completed within 30 days of employment)

--Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital experience

--At least 2 years of recent Charge Nurse/CNC experience in an acute care

setting
