What We’re Looking For:

--1+ year of recent Acute Care RN experience within the last 4 years

--FL RN license or compact license required (must apply for FL if not already held)

--ACLS within 90 days of start; BLS within 30 days

--Must be comfortable with 5–6:1 patient ratio on days; up to 6:1 on nights

--Must reside within 60 minutes of the facility—no exceptions

--Excellent communication, strong team mindset, and readiness to shadow/interview onsite
