What We’re Looking For:

--BSN required; MSN or Master’s in related field preferred

--2+ years of recent acute care/critical care leadership experience

--Prior experience in Magnet or Pathways facilities strongly preferred

--Active Texas RN license or compact equivalent

--National Specialty Certification (or willing to obtain within 1 year)

--BLS and ACLS required

--Proven ability to manage a 37-bed cardiac stepdown unit with emphasis on safety, cost control, and quality outcomes

--Ready to engage in a two-step interview process (WebEx followed by onsite) and lead a high-performing team
