We're seeking a transformational Director of Med-Surg Nursing to lead a 42-bed acute care unit at a regional hospital that’s been raising the bar in clinical excellence. What We’re Looking For:

--2–3+ years of recent acute care RN leadership at the Manager level

--BSN required (MSN preferred)

--Florida RN license (or compact eligible with FL application)

--BLS required within 30 days of hire

--Strong interpersonal and systems-thinking skills to drive staffing, performance improvement, and strategic alignment

--Proven ability to oversee clinical and operational excellence across a high-acuity Med-Surg unit
