We’re looking for a skilled and adaptable Float Pool RN – Medical Surgical who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making an impact across multiple units. What You’ll Do:

--Float between med-surg units while delivering patient-centered care.

--Perform assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement care plans.

--Serve as an advocate for patients and their families with a strong focus on privacy and dignity.

--Contribute to a collaborative nursing culture that values continuous improvement.

Key Highlights:

Shifts Available:

➤ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (rotating weekends)

➤ Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating weekends)

➤ 3 x 12-hour shifts/week

--Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

--Shift Diffs: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$3/hr

--Patient Ratio: 7:1

--Must live within 60 minutes of the facility

--On-site interview required (includes facility tour and shadow experience)

Required Qualifications:

--Active RN license (Compact RN accepted; FL license application required)

--At least 1 year of recent acute care med-surg experience

--BLS within 30 days of hire

--Graduated from an accredited nursing program

Preferred:

--Acute care hospital background

--Flexibility to float between med-surg units
