What We’re Looking For:

--1+ year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 4 years)

--FL RN license or compact license (must apply for FL)

--Strong communication, high accountability, and ability to manage a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio

--Willingness to commute within 60 minutes of the facility

--Comfort with surgical patients: abdominal procedures, wound care, and recovery education

--Ability to complete onsite interview process including shadow and facility tour
