We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses for our Med/Surg units, where you'll have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, ranging from general, urology, and vascular post-surgical patients to more complex conditions. This position offers rotating shifts (days and nights) with weekend rotations, and an opportunity to work in a facility that prioritizes patient care, education, and emotional support.
As a Med-Surg RN, you’ll have the autonomy to perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and lead non-licensed staff while ensuring patient care standards are met. If you have at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience and a passion for advancing your career, we want you on our team! You'll be supported by a collaborative environment, with opportunities to expand your skills in neuro, ortho, and nephrology specialty units.

--Fulltime Nights
--Rotating Weekends
Key Highlights:
--Shift Differentials: $4/Nights & $4.00/Weekends
--$30k Sign-On Bonus for Nights (2-year commitment required)
--Relocation assistance offered (on a case-by-case basis)
--Strong Nurse to Patient Ratio: 6:1Required: BLS certification & current state RN license
