You’ll be at the forefront of patient care management within a nationally accredited oncology program, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practices are followed at all times. You'll oversee a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring the daily operations of the unit are efficient, effective, and centered on patient safety and satisfaction.
As the Surgical Oncology Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
--Leading staff and ensuring a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence in patient care.
--Managing nursing practice, optimizing staffing, and maintaining operational efficiency.
--Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.
--Collaborating across departments to promote superior care and improved patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
--Registered Nurse (RN) license
--Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (mandatory)
--Oncology Chemotherapy Certification
--Minimum of 1 year of healthcare leadership experience
--Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
