What We’re Looking For:

--1+ year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 3 years preferred; within 5 years acceptable for highly experienced RNs)

--BLS certification required

--Florida RN license or compact license (must apply for FL if compact only)

--ASN required; graduate of an accredited RN program

--Team-focused, proactive caregivers with strong communication and judgment skills

--Comfortable managing 6:1 – 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in a fast-paced Med-Surg setting
