What They Need
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or recognized compact RN license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience within an acute care hospital setting.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Supervisor level) within a Cardiovascular Lab setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, resource allocation, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
