What They Need

Clinical Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing (RN), Social Services, Allied Health, or a related field.

Critical Care Acumen: Proven experience in hospital or OPO environments, specifically dealing with critical care or end-of-life scenarios.

Expert Communication: The ability to conduct sensitive medical/social behavioral interviews with next-of-kin and build rapport with hospital leadership.

Operational Agility: Readiness to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, and holidays, responding to referrals in real-time.

Technical Precision: Skill in evaluating potential donors (BDD and DCD), reviewing medical records, and ensuring strict adherence to legal authorization statutes.
