What They Need
PROVEN LEADERSHIP: A minimum of three years as a Hospital Development Manager (or equivalent) with demonstrated success in program management and staff coaching.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: A 4-year degree in Marketing, Social Work, or a related field, paired with at least four years of management experience (healthcare environment preferred).
COMMUNICATION EXCELLENCE: Exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to build rapport with executive leadership and diverse clinical audiences.
STRATEGIC OVERSIGHT: The ability to monitor professional standards, fiscal budgets, and QAPI activities to maximize donation referrals.
MOBILITY & DRIVE: A reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and the flexibility for local and national air travel to attend regional initiatives.
