What They Need
Clinical Credentials: Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of two years of experience in ICU or OR settings.
Industry Certification: CPTC certification is required to ensure expert-level oversight of the recovery process.
Leadership Tenacity: At least two years of progressive management experience with a proven ability to mentor staff and maintain high authorization rates.
Operational Agility: Readiness to handle 24/7 call-rotation responsibilities and navigate complex hospital-specific dynamics and regulatory requirements (CMS, UNOS, AOPO).
Strategic Mindset: Experience in updating policies, conducting quality assurance audits, and implementing data-driven improvement strategies.
