What They Need
Educational Foundation: A Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Biology, or Chemistry is required (Master’s degree preferred).
Technical Credentialing: National Certification as a Medical Technologist and a valid Tennessee state license are mandatory for submission.
Leadership Track Record: At least 3 years of progressive laboratory management experience involving complex operations.
Strategic Mindset: The ability to oversee financial operations, prepare monthly reports, and manage key vendor relationships.
Compliance Mastery: Expert knowledge of CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, FDA, and CMS standards to ensure total regulatory readiness.
