What You Bring to the Team
TECHNICAL MASTERY: A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related science (CLIA88 grandfathered status also accepted).
CREDENTIALS: Current ASCP (MT/MLS), CLS (NCA), or categorical certification (BB, C, I, H, or M).
ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of recent experience specifically in a hospital Blood Bank setting.
PRECISION & IMPACT: The ability to perform high-complexity testing, monitor quality control, and correlate abnormal data with pathologic states to ensure patient safety.
