WHAT THEY NEED

Educational Foundation: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.

Clinical Expertise: At least 2+ years of recent acute care Med-Surg experience.

Leadership Provenance: Previous experience as a Department Director or Manager; highly motivated Charge Nurses (CNC) ready for the next step are also encouraged to apply.

Licensure: Active Texas State RN license or an RN Compact License (eNLC).

Visionary Mindset: Ability to manage payroll, scheduling, and competency validations while fostering a patient-centric healing environment.
