Are you a seasoned clinical leader ready to step into a high-impact role where your expertise in cardiology meets strategic management? We are seeking a dedicated RN Manager to oversee our Cardiovascular Prep and Recovery, ECHO, and Stress Testing units. This is a premier opportunity to drive clinical excellence in a Level II Trauma Center and Accredited Chest Pain Center, leading a specialized team of 20 FTEs in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU NEED
EXPERTISE: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN highly preferred) with a current MO or Multistate Compact RN license.
LEADERSHIP BACKGROUND: Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience (Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager) specifically within Cardiology, ICU, or Critical Care.
CLINICAL FOUNDATION: Strong background in Cardiology is essential; BCLS required, and ACLS must be obtained within one year.
STABILITY & VISION: A proven track record of longevity in previous roles and a positive, team-oriented leadership style.
OPERATIONAL ACUMEN: Ability to manage departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, and the hiring/development of a high-performing clinical team.
