What they need
They are seeking a seasoned Medical Technologist with a minimum of three years of clinical laboratory experience. A Florida Technologist Supervisory License is required. An associate degree in science is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology is preferred. ASCP or equivalent certification is strongly valued. In this role, you will perform STAT testing, oversee quality control processes, assist with training and competency development, support regulatory compliance, and help guide laboratory staff through positive leadership and operational oversight.
