What the team is looking for is a licensed Medical Technologist with at least one year of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting. A Florida Technologist License is required, with experience or licensure in one or more specialty areas such as chemistry, hematology, blood bank, microbiology, or serology; generalist experience is strongly preferred. You’ll be responsible for accurate and timely testing, quality control, documentation, stat turnaround times, and independent result interpretation, including critical values and delta checks.
