What they need
They are seeking a Registered Nurse with strong, current acute care Med-Surg experience, ideally with prior charge nurse responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable managing a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio on an Ortho/Neuro Trauma unit. Active RN licensure (or compact license), recent Med-Surg experience, and graduation from an accredited nursing program are required. BLS and ACLS are required shortly after start. This role is ideal for a confident bedside nurse ready to lead teams, coordinate care, and support high-quality outcomes during overnight operations.
