This role requires a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license (or compact license), and a minimum of five years of progressive nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting. Candidates must bring direct inpatient leadership experience, including Med/Surg Director-level responsibility, and a strong track record of staff engagement, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Experience overseeing multiple units, driving patient experience initiatives, managing performance improvement, and partnering effectively with physicians is essential. Stability in career history is required, with demonstrated commitment and longevity in prior leadership roles.
