This is an opportunity for an experienced Medical Technologist to step into a leadership role where your expertise, judgment, and people skills truly matter. What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Laboratory Supervisor with strong technical knowledge and emerging or proven leadership ability. You should bring at least five years of experience as a Medical Technologist, along with an associate degree in science or medical technology (a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred). A Florida Supervisor’s License is required, or the ability to obtain one during the interview process. Experience supervising staff is beneficial, and licensure in three technical specialties is preferred. You’ll be responsible for staff supervision, scheduling, quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, resource utilization, and talent development across laboratory functions.
