They are seeking a Medical Technologist with an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year of clinical laboratory experience. A Florida Technologist License is required or must be obtainable during the interview process. Experience or licensure in one or more specialty areas—chemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology, or blood bank—is required, with generalist experience strongly preferred. You’ll perform STAT testing, quality control, delta checks, workload review, and accurate documentation while exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making.
