What they need from you
This role requires an Associate Degree in Medical Technology or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred) and a minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Technologist. You must hold a Florida Technologist License or be eligible to obtain one during the interview process. A generalist background is strongly preferred, with experience in areas such as Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and Serology. You’ll be expected to perform and review testing, manage quality control, interpret patient results using sound clinical judgment, and oversee workflow when the supervisor is unavailable.
