What We’re Looking For
Candidates must hold a BSN and bring a minimum of two years of leadership experience as a Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or Clinical Team Lead within an acute care behavioral health setting. Active BLS certification and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification are required within 30 days of start. Strong clinical judgment, team leadership skills, and experience managing day-to-day unit operations are essential.
