In this role, you’ll step into a highly resourced environment where you’re supported with strong administrative partnership, a collaborative physician team, and access to leading-edge cardiovascular modalities. The employer offers full-time days with no weekends, a generous sign-on bonus, relocation support, and the chance to lead multiple high-performing departments including Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, Cardiology Day Recovery, Echo, and EKG operations. You’ll have the autonomy to flex staffing to real-time volume, engage in continuous quality improvement, develop budgets, and steward clinical excellence across all service areas.
They are seeking a seasoned cardiovascular professional with a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in cardiology-related services, and a strong supervisory background. Candidates should be skilled in regulatory compliance, performance improvement, staff development, and daily operational leadership across multiple cardiovascular units. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required within the first 30 days.
