What you’ll bring is a solid clinical foundation and a passion for structural heart excellence. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of recent acute cardiovascular experience, along with strong competency in data management systems, clinical analysis, registry reporting, and performance improvement methodologies. A Florida RN license (or multistate license with timely conversion), BLS certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required. Candidates must live within 30 minutes to meet on-call requirements.
