What’s Needed:
We’re seeking a visionary RN leader with at least five years of recent acute care leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and an active RN or APRN license. The ideal candidate brings strong cardiac and medical-surgical expertise, a focus on team development, and the ability to foster seamless interdisciplinary collaboration. This dayshift position oversees a 24-bed unit, leading 27 FTEs and supporting an average daily census of 18. Candidates must hold or obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
