What they need: an experienced acute care PACU leader with at least three years of recent leadership in a high-acuity setting. A current RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required, along with demonstrated strength in managing operations, ensuring compliance, maintaining patient safety, supporting charge nurses, coaching staff, and driving continuous process improvement. Success in this role requires strong communication, high energy, flexibility, and the ability to manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations while upholding the highest standards of care.
