As the Director of Trauma Program, you’ll shape the operations and performance of a nationally recognized Level II Trauma Center. What’s Needed:
We’re seeking a subject matter expert in trauma systems with a minimum of 5 years of recent acute care trauma leadership experience. You’ll bring proven skills in performance improvement, data-driven program management, and clinical collaboration. RN licensure and BLS certification are required. The ideal leader is a clear communicator, an engaged collaborator with surgeons, nurses, and ED teams, and a proactive problem solver who thrives on operational excellence. Day shift schedule overseeing 8 FTEs within the trauma program.
