What They Need
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years of recent acute care inpatient behavioral health leadership experience at the Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager level.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification secured within 30 days of hire.
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification secured within 90 days of hire.
Compassionate leadership style capable of navigating operational pressures, managing a 38-patient average daily census, and maintaining precise budgetary and labor management.
