What We’re Looking For:
You’re a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least two years of recent surgical services experience. You bring proven leadership—whether as a charge nurse or in another supervisory capacity—and a talent for building cohesive teams. A current Virginia RN license and active BLS certification are required. This role demands an agile problem-solver who thrives in managing scheduling, staff development, and process improvements in a fast-paced perioperative setting.
