What We Need:
We’re seeking a Charge RN ready to take ownership in a busy Progressive Care/Stepdown environment. This is a full-time nights role with rotating weekends. Candidates must have:
Active Florida RN license (or compact, with FL within 60 days)
Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience (Stepdown/PCU preferred)
Previous Charge RN experience required
Strong critical thinking and leadership abilities
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Willingness to manage telemetry and cardiac patients, including Afib, RVR, and pre/post-cath care
