What’s Needed:
Minimum 1 year of RN Charge experience in acute care.
ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
Current RN license (FL or compact).
BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months.
Strong critical thinking, leadership, and customer service abilities.
Comfort with physically demanding patient care in a high-volume setting.
