What we’re looking for:
Current RN license (Florida or compact state)
Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire
Minimum of 1 year RN experience (acute care preferred, open to LTACH, Home Health, and Rehab backgrounds)
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and patient-centered care skills
Willingness to attend onsite interviews as part of the hiring process
