What we’re looking for:
Active RN license (Florida or Compact)
BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire
Minimum 1 year of RN experience (hospital strongly preferred; LTACH, home health, and rehab considered)
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adapt to a physically demanding environment
Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
