What We Need From You:

--2 years of recent leadership experience in acute care Med-Surg

--At least 5 years of acute care

--RN staff-level experience

--Texas State RN license (or compact license) required

--BSN required; Master’s preferred

--BLS required by AHA or ARC

--Advanced specialty certification within 1 year of hire
