What You Need
Clinical Experience: At least 1 year of recent acute care PCU experience. (We will also consider candidates with 1 year of acute ER experience or 3 years of recent acute Med-Surg experience).
Licensure: An active Florida RN license or a multi-state Compact license (Compact holders must obtain a FL license within 60 days of relocation).
Education: Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Certifications: Current BCLS (required within 30 days) and ACLS (required within 60 days).
Quality Focus: A passion for patient advocacy and the ability to maintain a 1:4 or 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 24-bed unit.
