As Nurse Manager for the Med Surg Neuro unit, you’ll guide a dedicated team of clinicians in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on excellence, growth, and compassion. What’s Needed:
You must hold an active Florida RN license (or Compact Licensure) and have at least 2 years of leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, CNC, or Nurse Manager in an acute care setting. A degree from an accredited nursing school and current BLS and ACLS certifications (or completion within 30 days of hire) are required. Candidates with a strong background in Med Surg or Neuro are especially encouraged to apply.
