This full-time day shift position offers no weekend rotations, allowing for a balanced and fulfilling work-life rhythm. The unit includes 32–36 beds and is supported by experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs), so you're never leading alone.
Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Requirements:
--RN license (Florida or Compact)BLS and ACLS (or within 30 days of hire)
--Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
--Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse, CNC, or Nurse Manager) in an acute care setting
