What We’re Looking For:

--1+ year recent Acute Care RN experience required

--ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred

--Florida RN license (or multistate with FL eligibility)

--BLS required at hire; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days

--Strong clinical judgment, patient-first mindset, and commitment to collaboration

--Willingness to work with post-stroke, neurological, and complex Med-Surg patients

--Comfortable with 30-bed unit and working in a Level II trauma facility
