Join a Med-Surg Oncology unit where you’ll combine clinical skill and emotional intelligence to support patients through some of their most critical journeys. As a Med-Surg Oncology RN, you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on excellence, empathy, and recovery.

--💰 Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (case-by-case basis)

What We’re Looking For:

--1+ year of recent acute care RN experience

--BLS required; ACLS preferred (required within 6 months)

--BSN preferred; ASN or Diploma accepted

--Florida RN license or compact with FL application

--Ability to manage a 1:5–1:6 patient ratio in an oncology care environment

--Compassion, composure, and a deep dedication to patient-centered care
