Join the Cardiac Care team at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO , where technology, teamwork, and compassion converge to deliver the highest level of cardiovascular care. As a Cardiac Telemetry RN , you’ll support patients recovering from cardiac surgery and interventions, serving in a critical step of their healing journey.

What We Offer:

--Full-Time Roles | Day & Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends

--💰 $30,000 Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift (2-year commitment)

--💰 $12,000 Sign-On Bonus for Day Shift (2-year commitment)

--Shift Differentials: $4/hr Nights + $4/hr Weekends

--Salary Range: $30.04 – $41.50/hr based on experience

--Nurse-to-patient ratio ranges from 1:3 to max 1:5, depending on acuity

--Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis

What You’ll Do:

--Care for patients recovering from:

1.Open heart surgery

2.Cardiac catheterization and stents

3.Ablations, pacemakers, AICD placement

4.Cardiovascular surgeries

5.Stroke/STEMI interventions

--Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition

--Administer medications, document care, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

--Uphold ANA and Missouri Nursing Practice standards

What You’ll Need:

--1+ year of acute care Cardiac RN experience preferred

--Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

--Missouri RN license (or compact with Missouri eligibility)

--BLS required at hire; ACLS within 6 months

--Strong communication and critical thinking skills
