Join a hospital recognized for excellence in neuroscience, trauma care, and complex surgery. At Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA, we’re seeking a compassionate, experienced Med-Surg RN to care for patients recovering from a wide range of acute medical and post-surgical conditions.

What We Offer:

--Full-Time Positions | Day & Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends

--💰 $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (with at least 1 year of RN experience)

--Salary Range: $31.55 – $45.07/hr based on experience

--Relocation assistance available (case by case)

--Modern 30-bed surgical unit within a Level III Trauma Center & Comprehensive Stroke Center

What We’re Looking For:

--1+ year of acute care Med-Surg RN experience required

--ASN or Nursing Diploma required | BSN preferred

--RN License – Virginia or compact

--BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) certification required

--Strong team spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, interdisciplinary care environment
