What They Need
Academic Foundation: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing combined with a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (MSN or Master’s in healthcare administration is highly preferred).
Proven Leadership: At least two years of progressive management experience in an acute care hospital setting, serving as a Nurse Manager, Director, or full-time Charge Nurse.
Clinical Credentials: An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or residence, along with current CPR certification.
Operational Acumen: Demonstrated capability in resource management, clinical competency assessments, and establishing rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the natural ability to act as a mentor, role model, and fierce advocate for front-line nursing professionals.
